Welcome to church! We are so glad you chose to worship with us today. In case you weren’t aware, this is one of three churches here in our community that make up the Rock Hall United Methodist Charge. We are three churches, but we operate as one ministry because we have one mission, to make disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world. We are pursuing a vision to see our entire community transformed by the power of God. We do this by sharing and showing God’s love as we serve our neighbors and tell the story of how God transformed our lives. This week we return to our study of the Gospel of Luke. In today’s passage, we find Jesus calling a group of his disciples to become apostles. Jesus then gives his followers a ring side seat to see just how different the Kingdom of God really is.
